Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada has conducted its new Express Entry draw. The latest Express Entry draw was conducted to invite candidates with work experience in Trade Occupations.
It is the third Express Entry draw of the week. If you are invited to the latest Express Entry draw, you have 60 days to apply for Canada Permanent Residency (Canada PR).
The latest Express Entry draw was held on 23 October 2024. A total of 1,800 candidates were invited to apply under the Trade occupations category. Invited Candidates are required to get a minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) of 433 to be eligible for the draw.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the CRS cut-off is based on the date and time they have submitted their Express Entry profiles.
In the category-based draws, candidates who are eligible for a specific category and meet economic needs are invited to the Express Entry pool. In this, candidates are invited based on language, work experience in specific occupations, and educational qualifications. The category-based selection draws allow for the selection of candidates with in-demand skills to be selected to apply for Canada PR.
