Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted a new Express Entry draw.
This draw marks the fourth invitation round conducted by IRCC in December. Just last week, IRCC issued 11,650 invitations across three back-to-back draws.
The Express Entry latest draw held on December 18, 2023, saw ITAs being issued to 1,325 candidates in an all-program draw. Candidates required a minimum CRS score of 481 to be considered for an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
Type of draw: General (all-program)
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
*Invitations to apply to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Program may be issued through this round of invitations.

Canada Express Entry all-program draws are characterized by their competitiveness and selectivity, as they attract a large pool of highly skilled candidates from across the globe.
These draws have proven to be an efficient and transparent method for selecting skilled immigrants, contributing to Canada's economic growth and multicultural diversity while offering a brighter future to skilled individuals seeking opportunities in the Great White North.
