Second Express Entry Draw of the Week Invites 800 Candidates

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted its new Express Entry Draw. The latest draw was held to invite candidates from the French language category.

Overall, it is the second Express Entry draw of the week. If you have been invited to this latest Express Entry draw, you will have 60 days to submit your application for Canada PR.

Latest Express Entry Draw - Results

The latest Express Entry draw was held on 3 December 2024. A total of 800 candidates were invited to apply under the French language category. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) required for this draw was 466.

• Number of invitations issued: 800
• Rank required to be invited to apply: 800 or above
• Date and time of round: December 03, 2024 at 15:44:17 UTC
• CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 466
• Tie-breaking rule: November 26, 2024 at 02:44:59 UTC

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.

Express Entry is a fast-paced immigration pathway to get Canada PR. Your chances of getting an Invitation to Apply depend on your Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS). The CRS depends on factors such as language proficiency, work experience, age, and others. There are three different types of rounds of invitations under Express Entry Program such as:-

• Category-based rounds of invitations

If you were not invited to this draw, then your profile remains active in the Express Entry pool for 12 months from the date of submission. You should not withdraw your application as you may receive an ITA in the next Express Entry draw.
