The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has finally conducted a new draw. This draw came after a pause of over two months. The previous Saskatchewan PNP draw was held on August 16, 2023.
The Saskatchewan PNP latest draw held on October 23, 2023, saw invitations being issued to 99 candidates under SINP’s Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand categories. Invited candidates required a minimum score of 84 to be eligible for this invitation round.

- Invited Candidates had Educational Credential Assessments.
- Not all occupations were selected. The occupations chosen and eligible for the EOI selection on October 23, 2023, have certain classification numbers mentioned under the National Occupation Classification (NOC).*

If you’ve been invited
If you have received an invitation to either the Express Entry or Occupation in-demand stream - you will now have 60 days to submit a complete online application to the SINP and provide the supporting documents. You will also be required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of CAD$ 350.
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a monthly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the next Saskatchewan PNP draw - are determined by the needs of the SINP application inventory.
