Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) has conducted its third Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) draw of the month. The department conducts 2-3 RSWP draws every month.
If you are invited in this Quebec RSWP draw, you will receive a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to submit a complete application for permanent residence.
The Quebec RSWP draw was held on June 27, 2024. A total of 1,528 candidates from the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) were invited. The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank was June 25, 2024, at 6:25 a.m.

In 2023, Quebec conducted 16 RSWP draws and invited a total of 17,408 candidates to apply for permanent residence. This Quebec RSWP draw is a continuation of the province issuing high invites with low scores.
The Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) was established for foreign skilled workers who wish to immigrate to Quebec permanently. To be eligible, you must first declare your interest in immigrating to Quebec to work. If the profile is successful, you will be invited to apply for permanent residence.
