Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) has conducted a new draw. This was the first invitation round held by the department in July. Candidates from Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) were invited.
If you are invited in this Quebec latest draw, you will receive a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to apply for permanent residence (PR).
The Quebec latest draw held on July 25, 2024, saw invitations being issued to 1,560 candidates from Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: July 22, 2024, at 6:25 a.m.
These invitations were issued to candidates that met the following criteria:
0213 Computer and information systems managers
2131 Civil engineers
2132 Mechanical engineers
2133 Electrical and electronics engineers
2141 Industrial and manufacturing engineers
2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
2171 Information systems analysts and consultants
2172 Database analysts and data administrators
2173 Software engineers and designers

The Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) is a popular immigration pathway for those looking to live and work in the province of Quebec. This program is designed for skilled workers who have the education, work experience, and language abilities to contribute to Quebec's economy.
To apply, candidates must first create an Expression of Interest (EOI) in the Arrima portal, where they provide details about their skills and qualifications.
