Quebec latest draw invites 1,560 candidates to apply for PR

Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) has conducted a new draw. This was the first invitation round held by the department in July. Candidates from Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) were invited. 

If you are invited in this Quebec latest draw, you will receive a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to apply for permanent residence (PR).

Quebec Latest Draw - Results

The Quebec latest draw held on July 25, 2024, saw invitations being issued to 1,560 candidates from Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: July 22, 2024, at 6:25 a.m.

These invitations were issued to candidates that met the following criteria:

• They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français or its equivalent.
• Their occupation appeared in the following list of National Occupation Classification (NOC):

0213 Computer and information systems managers
2131 Civil engineers
2132 Mechanical engineers
2133 Electrical and electronics engineers
2141 Industrial and manufacturing engineers
2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
2171 Information systems analysts and consultants
2172 Database analysts and data administrators
2173 Software engineers and designers

• They had a score equal to or greater than 579 points.

These invitations were also issued to candidates that met the following criteria:

• They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français or its equivalent.
• They held a confirmed job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
