Quebec’s MIFI conducts 2-3 draws every month. These draws serve as a testament to the province’s commitment to inviting skilled workers and entrepreneurs - with the skills, qualifications, and potential needed to succeed in Quebec’s dynamic economy.
The Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) was designed to attract skilled workers who want to live and work in the province of Quebec. Applicants are assessed based on a points system, considering factors like age, education, work experience, language proficiency in French and English, and adaptability.
To apply, you must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Arrima portal. If you meet the criteria, you may be invited to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). With a CSQ, you can then apply for Canada PR with the federal government.
