Quebec has conducted a new draw on March 07, 2024.
The Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) invited 1,136 candidates to apply for permanent residence. The department issued invitations to Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) candidates that met the following eligibility criteria:
The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: March 4, 2024, at 5:25 a.m.
If you have been invited in the Quebec latest draw, you will receive a notification in your Arrima message centre with the information and steps needed to access the form to apply for permanent residence.
This should be done within 60 days of receiving the invitation.
The information you initially provided in your Expression of Interest (EOI) profile will be copied into your permanent residency application. You will need to add certain information - and check that the entered details in your application are accurate.

After submitting your PR application, you will receive a personalized list of documents to provide to support your application. The MIFI will also send you an application to receive an attestation of learning about democratic values and Québec values. Processing of your application will only start when your documents are received.
Below are the processing fees for a permanent residency application under Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). These fees are adjusted each year on the 1st of January.
You have a maximum of 30 days after submitting your application to pay the processing fees for your application, otherwise your application will not be processed. Fees must be paid in full, in Canadian dollars, and by you or by a third party. These fees are non-refundable, even if your PR application is denied or rejected.
