Prince Edward Island PNP Latest Draw Issues Express Entry Invitations

The Prince Edward Island Office of Immigration has conducted a new draw under the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). This was the first invitation round conducted by the department in August.

In the PEI PNP latest draws conducted so far in 2024, the PEI Office of Immigration is selecting and prioritising skilled workers in in-demand sectors Healthcare, Trades, Childcare, and other key industries facing labour shortages.

The Prince Edward Island PNP latest draw was held on August 22, 2024. A total of 57 candidates from the Labour & Express Entry Stream were invited. No Business Work Permit invitations were issued.

If you're invited to apply in the PEI PNP latest draw, you'll receive an email with your file number and instructions for submitting your application. You'll need to complete the required application forms, and your employer must fill out the employer forms.

If you didn't receive an invitation this time, your profile will stay active in the candidate pool. There's no need to withdraw your application - you might be selected in the next PEI PNP draw. The PEI PNP draws are based on the announced draw schedule.

Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program

The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) is a popular immigration pathway for those who wish to live and work in Prince Edward Island, Canada. The program allows the province to nominate individuals who have the skills and experience needed in the local labour market.

PEI PNP offers several streams, including the -

• Express Entry Stream,
• Labour Impact Stream, and
• Business Impact Stream.

The Express Entry Stream is for candidates already in the federal Express Entry pool, who can meet PEI’s specific criteria. The Labor Impact Stream is aimed at workers with a job offer in PEI and includes categories like Skilled Worker, Critical Worker, and International Graduate.
