PEI Latest Draw Invites From Healthcare and Food Processing Sectors!

Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) has conducted its first invitation round of the month!

The PEI PNP latest draw held on October 05, 2023, saw ITAs being issued to a total of 20 candidates under the Labour & Express Entry stream. Invited candidates were required to have work experience in either of the following in-demand sectors:

• Healthcare
• Food Processing

This was PEI PNP’s 17th invitation round conducted for Labour & Express Entry candidates in 2023. No Business Work Permit Entrepreneur invitations were issued in this draw.&

The PEI EOI system gathers important information about candidates in the pool in order to rank and select those who are most likely to meet Prince Edward Island’s economic and labour market needs, based on one or more attributes including Age, Language Proficiency, Work Experience, Adaptability and more.

Over the last 12 months, the Prince Edward Island PNP has issued a total of 2,428 invitations to Labour & Express Entry candidates and 67 invitations to Business Work Permit Entrepreneur candidates.

• Labour & Express Entry invitations over the last 12 months - 97%
• Business Work Permit Entrepreneur invitations over the last 12 months - 3%

This draw inlines with the proposed PEI PNP draw schedule for 2023. The next PEI PNP draw is scheduled for October 19, 2023.
