The Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream is an immigration pathway managed under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). It is designed to attract highly skilled and experienced foreign workers who can contribute to the province's economic growth and development.
The OINP frequently searches the federal Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC’s) Express Entry pool to find candidates who may meet the criteria of one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.
