Ontario Latest Draw Invites 1,061 Tech and Health Candidates

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) frequently searches IRCC’s Express Entry pool to identify candidates who may meet the eligibility criteria of one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.

The Ontario PNP latest draw held on July 20, 2023, saw Notification of Interest (NOIs) being issued to a total of 1,061 candidates under the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream. Invited candidates also required a minimum CRS score of 458-462 - to be eligible for this invitation round.

Ontario PNP Latest Draw

Ontario issues NOIs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the latest Ontario draw are determined by the province’s application inventory needs.

Category 1: Tech Draw

• Date of NOIs issued: July 20, 2023
• Number of NOIs issued: 902
• CRS score range: 458-462
• Profiles created in IRCC’s Express Entry system: July 20, 2022 - July 20, 2023

Category 2: Health Draw

• Date of NOIs issued: July 20, 2023
• Number of NOIs issued: 159
• CRS score range: 458-462
• Profiles created in IRCC’s Express Entry system: July 20, 2022 - July 20, 2023

This was the eighth Human Capital Priorities stream draw conducted by OINP in 2023 - and the second of July. The previous Ontario HCP draw was held on July 06, 2023.

Invited candidates were also required to have work experience in one of the Tech or Health National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes targeted in this draw. If you have been issued an NOI in this HCP draw, you now have 45 days to submit an online application to the OINP.
