Ontario PNP Invites 1,117 International Graduates In Latest Draw

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted its first invitation round in October.

The Ontario PNP latest draw held on October 30, 2023, saw invitations being issued to 1,117 candidates under the Masters Graduate Stream and PhD Graduate Stream. Invited international graduates required a minimum score of 42 and above to be eligible.

If you’ve been invited

After you receive an invitation to apply, you may apply online if you qualify under the stream identified in your invitation to apply. You must submit your application within 14 calendar days of receiving the invitation to apply.

• 5,734 invitations under the Masters Graduate Stream, and
• 486 invitations under the PhD Graduate Stream.
