Ontario PNP Conducts Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream Draw

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has conducted a new Express Entry draw. The Ontario PNP frequently searches the federal Express Entry pool, to find candidates who may meet the eligibility requirements of one of Ontario PNP’s Express Entry immigration streams.

If the department selects you from the candidate pool, you will receive an invitation to apply through your OINP e-Filing Portal account. If you’ve been invited in the latest Ontario PNP draw, you will have 45 days to submit a complete application for permanent residency.

Latest Ontario PNP Draw - Results

The latest Ontario PNP draw was held on August 22. 2024. A total of 1,287 candidates from the Skilled Trades Stream were invited. Candidates required a minimum CRS score of 400-435 to be eligible for an invitation.

NOC 72021 - Contractors and supervisors, heavy equipment operator crews
NOC 72022 - Supervisors, printing and related occupations
NOC 72201 - Industrial electricians
NOC 72300 - Plumbers
NOC 72310 - Carpenters
NOC 72404 - Aircraft mechanics and aircraft inspectors
NOC 72422 - Electrical mechanics
NOC 72500 - Crane operators
NOC 73400 - Heavy equipment operators

• Review the document checklist to make sure you have the mandatory supporting documents. 
• Visit the OINP’s e-Filing Portal, sign up (or log in), and follow the steps to submit your application.
