Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has conducted back-to-back invitation rounds. The three draws conducted by OINP mark another significant step by Ontario in attracting skilled foreign workers and international graduates to contribute to the province’s diverse and thriving labor market.
The OINP latest draws held on August 01, 2023, saw invitations being issued to a total of 840 Skilled Workers and International Graduates present in the pool. Invited candidates required a minimum score of 26 and above to be eligible for these invitation rounds.
Ontario issues NOIs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the OINP's draw are determined by the province’s application inventory needs.

If you have been selected from the pool of candidates, you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). However, an ITA does not mean that you qualify for one of the OINP streams. Once you have received an ITA, you may apply online if you qualify under the stream identified in your ITA. You must submit your application within 14 calendar days of receiving the ITA.
