The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has conducted a new invitation round on March 19, 2024. This was the second draw conducted by the province in March.
The Ontario PNP latest draw saw invitations being issued to 1,474 candidates under the Masters Graduate and PhD Graduate streams. Invited candidates required a minimum score of 42 to be eligible.

If you’ve been selected in this draw, you will be invited to apply in your OINP e-filing Portal account. You must submit a complete application to the OINP for permanent residency within 14 days of receiving your invitation.
Before applying, make sure to review the eligibility criteria and requirements of OINP’s Masters Graduate and PhD Graduate streams to check whether you’re still eligible. Also, refer to the document checklist to ensure that you have the mandatory supporting documents.
There is no one-size-fits-all type of profile, which is eligible to immigrate to Ontario.
Candidates applying under any of the OINP pathways are ranked using the Ontario PNP points calculator. Factors that influence your score include Age, Language Proficiency, Education, Work Experience, Provincial Nomination, Siblings in Canada, and Adaptability. The higher your score, the more your chances of getting invited to permanent residency.
