New Ontario Employer Job Offer Draws Invites 1,728 Candidates

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP or Ontario PNP) held back-to-back draws under its Employer Job Offer - Foreign Worker Stream. This was the first invitation round conducted by Ontario in October.

Candidates invited in this Ontario PNP latest draw will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) through their OINP e-filing Portal account. If you have received an ITA, you will have 14 days to submit a complete application for permanent residence to the OINP.

Ontario PNP Latest Draw - Results

The Ontario PNP latest draw was held on October 08, 2024. A total of 1,728 candidates from the OINP Employer Job Offer - Foreign Worker Stream were invited to apply for permanent residence (PR).

Candidates only received an invitation if they had a score of 48 and above and a job offer in one of the national occupational codes (NOC) below:

• NOC 70010 - Construction managers
• NOC 72201 - Industrial electricians
• NOC 72300 - Plumbers
• NOC 72310 - Carpenters
• NOC 72404 - Aircraft mechanics and aircraft inspectors
• NOC 72500 - Crane operators
• NOC 73400 - Heavy equipment operators

Candidates only received an invitation if they had a score of 52 and above and a job offer in one of the national occupational codes (NOC) below:

• NOC 10010 - Financial managers
• NOC 11200 - Human resources professionals
• NOC 21300 - Civil engineers
• NOC 10012 - Purchasing managers
• NOC 21200 - Architects
• NOC 21320 - Chemical engineers
• NOC 21390 - Aerospace engineers

Next Steps

Receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) does not mean that you qualify for one of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) streams. After you receive an ITA, you must submit a complete application for permanent residence (PR).

To apply:

• Review the OINP Employer Job Offer stream page and check if you meet the eligibility criteria.
• Review the document checklist to make sure you have the mandatory supporting documents.
• Visit the OINP’s e-Filing Portal, sign up (or login), and follow the steps to submit your application.

This must be done within 14 days of receiving the ITA.
