New Manitoba PNP draw invites 234 candidates to apply for PR

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted a new draw. This was the first invitation round conducted by the province in October. Last month in September, the province invited 554 candidates across two MPNP draws.

In this latest Manitoba PNP draw, the province conducted another draw for skilled workers waiting for an invitation in the pool.

Manitoba PNP’s EOI System

Submitting an EOI is the first step to immigration to Manitoba under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). When creating an EOI, you will be asked a complete series of questions. Once done, you will receive EOI ranking points based on your answers.

EOI’s Ranking System

The EOI ranking system allocates points based on six factors:

  • Age (Maximum points: 75)
  • Language Proficiency (Maximum points: 125)
  • Education (Maximum points: 125)
  • Work Experience (Maximum points: 175)
  • Adaptability (Maximum points: 500)
  • Risk (Maximum points: -200)

The eligibility under a draw is based on the above-mentioned factors. There are no limits on the number of candidates who can submit an EOI - and no deadline.
