New Brunswick PNP Conducts Back-to-Back Draws Invites 477 Candidates

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) conducted a new draw in April. Previously, New Brunswick had conducted its PNP draw in March 2025. NBPNP frequently searches IRCC’s Express Entry pool for candidates who meet the criteria of its streams.

New Brunswick Latest PNP Draw- Results

First NBPNP Draw of April

The New Brunswick Latest PNP draw was held on 7 and 8 April 2025. It saw 432 invitations being issued under streams namely NB Skilled Worker - NB Experience and NB Skilled Worker - NB Graduates. This draw was limited to candidates with work permits expiring in 2025 only, apart from occupations in Healthcare, Education and Social and Community Services, and Construction Trades.

Second NBPNP Draw of April

The New Brunswick Latest PNP draw was held on 9 April 2025. It saw 45invitations being issued under NB Express Entry Stream. This draw was limited to candidates who have been working full time for a New Brunswick employer for at least the past 12 consecutive months while authorized to work in Canada.

Pathways of New Brunswick PNP

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program has three main pathways. Let’s look at the eligibility criteria for each category:

New Brunswick Experience - To be eligible for this pathway you need to fulfill the following:

  • Working full-time in a non-seasonal position for a New Brunswick employer
  • Working for the same employer for at least 6 months while living in New Brunswick

New Brunswick Graduates - To be eligible for this pathway you need to fulfill the following:

  • Completed a program of study that is eligible for PSWP at a designated learning institution in New Brunswick
  • Working full-time in a non-seasonal position for a New Brunswick employer who is willing to support your application

New Brunswick Priority Occupations - To be eligible for this pathway you need to fulfill the following:

  • Accepted a full-time non-seasonal position for a New Brunswick employer
  • At least one year of paid work experience in the same position
  • NOC Code must be in the priority NOC Codes in the corresponding guide

If you receive an ITA, you have 45 days to submit a complete application to the NB PNP. If your application is approved, you will be nominated by the province to apply for Canada PR. You will have 30 days to accept the nomination in your Federal Express Entry account.
