Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration has conducted a new draw. This was the second Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) draw conducted by the department in June. The previous Quebec draw was held on June 06, which invited a total of 1,281 candidates with a minimum score of 587.
The latest Quebec draw was held on June 20, 2024. A total of 1,470 candidates from Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program were invited to apply for permanent residence. Invited candidates required a minimum score of 585 to be eligible for an invitation.

Candidates invited in this latest Quebec draw will receive a communication in their Arrima message centre along with the information needed to access the form and submit a permanent residence application.
A total of 11 Quebec RSWP draws have been conducted so far in 2024. The minimum score required to be eligible in the most recent Quebec RSWP draws has continued to drop.

In 2023, Quebec conducted 16 RSWP draws and invited a total of 17,408 candidates to apply for permanent residence. This latest Quebec draw is a continuation of the province issuing high invites with low scores to candidates who seek to immigrate to Quebec permanently.
Invitations are generally based on the Quebec points calculator. Currently, the province is conducting 2-3 draws every month and 80% of applications are being processed within 8-10 months.
