Immigrating through Manitoba PNP
Submitting an EOI is your first step to immigration to Manitoba through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). An EOI is not an application, but an online profile. Anyone interested in applying to the MPNP must submit an EOI. You will be required to complete a series of questions online and receive EOI ranking points based on the provided answers.
Scores in the Manitoba PNP points calculator are assigned on factors including Age, Education, Language Proficiency, Work Experience, and Adaptability.
Your profile is then entered into a pool of all eligible candidates. The MPNP invites the highest-scoring candidates in the pool to submit a full application to the MPNP on a regular basis. MPNP draws are usually held on a bi-weekly basis - with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the next draws are determined by the needs of the MPNP application inventory.
