Manitoba PNP Latest Draw Issues 301 Invitations

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted a new draw on November 16, 2023. This was the second EOI draw conducted by Manitoba in November.

The Manitoba PNP latest draw held on November 16, 2023, saw invitations being issued to 301 candidates under all three MPNP streams.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba

All Occupations

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 100
• Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 809

Occupation-Specific Selection

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 92*

*Candidates from 15 different NOCs including Nursing coordinators, Dental Technologists, Secondary School Teachers, and Home Child Care providers were targeted in this draw. You can find the complete list in our detailed news.

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 61

Skilled Worker Overseas

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 48
• Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 721

Of the 301 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued in this draw, 69 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

The November 16th draw is a continuation of Manitoba issuing high invites with low scores. The latest draw also recorded candidates being invited under “occupation-specific” and “all occupation” categories. A trend Manitoba has been following since Feb 2023. 

The back-to-back draws conducted by Manitoba PNP, clearly indicate that the province seeks to increase the number of candidates eligible to receive a provincial nomination under its streams. Now is indeed the best time to immigrate to Manitoba.
