The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has conducted a new draw. This is the first invitation round conducted by the province in November. Manitoba regularly conducts its draw through the EOI system and invites people to apply for PR applications.
If you have been invited to the Manitoba PNP latest draw, then you will have 60 days to complete your application for Canada Permanent Residency (Canada PR) along with the documents.
On 8 November 2024, the Manitoba PNP latest draw was held. A total of 274 candidates from the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, International Education stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas stream were invited to apply for PR.

The following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 unit group was considered in this draw:
International Education Stream
Profiles that declared meeting International Education Stream eligibility requirements.
Skilled Worker Overseas
Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.
Of the 274 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 33 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
Manitoba Provisional Nominee Program invites candidates according to the economic and labour needs of the province. There are certain requirements that must be met such as work experience, language skills, and many more. The first step under the Manitoba PNP is submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI).
