Candidates who wish to live and work in Manitoba must apply for Canada PR under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). Note that there are certain requirements and scoring criteria that can vary over time and may be adjusted depending on the changing needs of the province. The province of Manitoba conducts regular draws every week, with a few exceptions. The demand of the provincial nomination application inventor decides the size, frequency, and date of the upcoming draws. As of now, the processing time to immigrate to Canada under MPNP is 8 to 12 months.
