Manitoba Latest PNP Draw Issues 41 ITAs for Canada PR

Manitoba has released a new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw to invite skilled workers. It is the second round of invitations conducted by Manitoba in February. Manitoba regularly conducts its draw through the EOI system and invites people to apply for PR.

Candidates who have been invited to Manitoba PNP draw will have 60 days to complete the Canada Permanent Residency application along with the documents. If the timeframe passes, your application will no longer be valid.

Manitoba Latest PNP Draw - Results

On 20 February 2025, Manitoba PNP latest draw was held and invited a total of 41 candidates under the International Education Stream and Skilled Worker Overseas. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) required under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream is 711.

International Education Stream

(Master’s Degree or higher level of completed post-secondary education and close relative in Manitoba selection)

Profiles that declared meeting International Education Stream eligibility requirements, declare their highest level of completed education to be a Master’s Degree or higher and declare a Manitoba Supporter who is a close relative, is a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, and is an established resident of Manitoba who has been residing in Manitoba for at least one year, were considered.

  • Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 19

Skilled Worker Overseas

Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.

  • Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 22
  • Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 711

Of the 41 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 7 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

Manitoba PNP - EOI System
