The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has conducted another draw. This is the second round of invitations conducted by the province in December. Manitoba regularly conducts its draw through the EOI system and invites people to apply for PR applications.
If you have been invited to the Manitoba latest PNP draw, you will have 60 days to complete your application for Canada Permanent Residency (Canada PR) and the documents. If the timeframe passes, then your application will no longer be valid.
On 27 December 2024, Manitoba latest PNP Draw invited a total of 276 candidates from the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream to apply for Canada PR.

All eligible Skilled Workers in Manitoba profiles were considered.
Occupation-specific selection
1. Profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba in the unit groups listed below were considered.
The following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 unit groups were considered in this draw:
31101 - Specialists in surgery
31102 - General practitioners and family physicians
31301 - Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
31302 - Nurse practitioners
73301 - Bus drivers, subway operators, and other transit operators
2. Profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba in the unit group listed below were considered.
The following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 unit group was considered in this draw:
Of the 276 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 56 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
