In the 130th Manitoba Immigration Draw, the province offered 428 Letters of Advice to Apply to skilled workers and international graduates through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. The Letters of Advice to Apply were distributed through three MPNP streams on November 18th. Skilled workers received 376 LAAs, with the lowest-ranked candidates receiving 464 points whereas, applicants of the International Education Stream obtained 30 LAAs.
Following is the breakdown of the three Manitoba immigration categories:
376 letters of recommendation to apply for a job have been issued.
The lowest-ranked candidate who was invited received a score of 464 out of a possible 500.
30 letters of recommendation to apply for a job have been issued.
22 people were invited directly by the MPNP through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative and received Letters of Advice to Apply.
The lowest-ranked candidate who were invited received a score of 726. Allegedly, 68 of the 428 individuals had legitimate Express Entry IDs and job seeker validation codes, according to Manitoba.

What are the Qualifying requirements of various Manitoba Streams of Immigration?
Manitoba Work Experience Pathway
This program works for foreign graduates from any province who are currently working in Manitoba on temporary work permits, under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, or as international graduates from other provinces. In-Demand Occupations are not required for candidates to qualify under this stream.
Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway
This stream of immigration is for international applicants who have received job offers from Manitoba firms.
Skilled Worker Overseas Stream
This immigration channel is aimed at overseas skilled employees with experience and training in Manitoba's In-Demand Occupations. Applicants and their spouses with close family ties are given priority, as well as those who have the necessary language skills, training, and experience to obtain work promptly.
Manitoba Express Entry Pathway
This is for overseas candidates that meet Express Entry criteria and have an active Express Entry profile and are eligible under other MPNP stream. Candidates must have experience, training, and skills in one of Manitoba's In-Demand Occupations, as well as a strong family ties to the province.
Manitoba Human Capital Pathway
International skilled workers with experience, training, and skills in one of Manitoba's In-Demand Occupations are encouraged to apply under this immigration pathway. Candidates must show that they have the ability to obtain work as soon as they arrive in Manitoba.
Career Employment Pathway
The completion of a one-year or longer course from an eligible post-secondary Manitoba institution within three years of application submission is one of the eligibility conditions for this program. The applicant must also have a full-time employment offer in a Manitoba's In-Demand occupation that is connected to your educational degree.
Graduate Internship Pathway
Masters and Doctoral degree holders who have completed Mitacs Accelerate or Elevate internships can apply for nomination through internships under this program. Prior job-offers are not required.
Student Entrepreneur Pathway
The eligibility requirements for this stream include, a completed two-year or longer course from an eligible post-secondary Manitoba institution, six months of business operation experience in Manitoba and being the resident of Manitoba since graduation.
