Latest Quebec RSWP Draw invites 1,415 candidates for PR

The Quebec Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) has conducted a new draw for candidates waiting for an invitation in the pool.

The Quebec RSWP draw held on April 25, 2024, saw 1,415 invitations being issued to candidates under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank was April 22, 2024, at 6:25 a.m.

Latest Quebec RSWP Draw - Result

These invitations were addressed to the persons meeting the following criteria:

• They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français or its equivalent.
• They had a score equal to or greater than 598 points.

These invitations were also addressed to people meeting the following criteria:

• They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français or its equivalent.
• They had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

If you are invited, you will receive a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to access the form and submit a permanent selection application.

Apply for Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP)

The Quebec government has tailored the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) to attract candidates with the skills, education, and work experience required in Quebec's labour market.

Candidates who wish to immigrate to Quebec via RSWP must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Arrima portal, where they provide details about their work experience, education, language proficiency in English and/or French, and other relevant factors. The Quebec government selects candidates with the highest scores in the Quebec Points Calculator and invites them to apply for permanent residency in the latest Quebec RSWP draw.

Usually Quebec PNP conducts a new Arrima draw on a bi-weekly basis, at minimum. The frequency, size and date of the Quebec PNP next draw prediction - are determined by the needs of Quebec’s application inventory.
