Latest Prince Edward Island PNP Invites 87 Skilled Workers

The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program has conducted a new draw inviting skilled workers. It is the first draw of the month and the second PEI PNP draw of 2025.

Candidates who have been invited to the latest PEI PNP draw will receive a notification on their registered email, which will include the file number and instructions to apply for PR.

Latest PEI PNP - Results

The PEI PNP latest draw was held on 20 February 2025 and a total of 87 invitations were issued to candidates under the Labour and Express Entry stream. The latest draw issued invitations to individuals working in occupations and priority sectors based on economic impact in Prince Edward Island.

In 2025, Prince Edward Island has issued a total of 109 invitations under the Labour and Express Entry category and no invitations have been issued to Business Work Permit Entrepreneur candidates.

If you did not receive an invitation to the PEI PNP latest draw, then you should not withdraw your application from the pool. You might receive an invitation to the next PEI PNP draw.

Prince Edward Island PNP - Selection Factors

The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program regularly conducts its draws to invite candidates to address the market needs and labour shortage problem. Candidates who belong to priority sectors have been invited to the draw.

The province conducts the draws according to the PEI PNP schedule. Candidates have to fulfill certain criteria to be eligible to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA). The selection factors for PEI PNP are as follows:-

• Language: English or French
• Education: level and field of education and where completed
• Skill and work experience level
• Strategic priorities: attributes that would address immediate labour market needs in PEI
• Other factors relevant to employment prospects (include but are not limited to having a job offer in PEI and/or previous Canadian work experience)

The next Prince Edward Island PNP is expected to be held on 20 March 2025. Currently, 80% of applications under the PEI PNP are being processed within 8-10 months.
