Latest PEI PNP Draw Invites 122 Foreign Workers and Entrepreneurs

Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) conducted a new draw on 15th February 2024. This was the third PEI PNP draw conducted in 2024.

The latest PEI PNP draw invited 122 candidates under the Labour & Express Entry and Business Work Permit Entrepreneur stream. Suppose you received an invitation in this draw. In that case, you will receive an email notification that will include their file number and instructions for submission of the complete application to the PEI PNP.

Who was invited?

• Labour & Express Entry: 121 invitations with a minimum EOI score of 65
• Business Work Permit Entrepreneur: 1 invitation with a minimum EOI score of 105

Over the last 12 months, the Prince Edward Island PNP has issued a total of 2,253 invitations to Labour & Express Entry candidates and 54 invitations to Business Work Permit Entrepreneur candidates.

• Labor & Express Entry invitations over the last 12 months: 98%
• Business Work Permit Entrepreneur invitations over the last 12 months: 2%

This draw is in line with the recently announced PEI PNP draw schedule for 2024. We can expect 23 draws in 2024. The PEI receives an annual allocation for its PNP and Express Entry managed streams. The allocation numbers determine the number of invitations that will be issued by the province every year.

In 2023, Prince Edward Island welcomed 2,422 candidates across 22 PNP draws. The back-to-back invitation rounds serve as a testament to the province’s commitment to prioritising foreign skilled workers and entrepreneurs with the skills, qualifications, and potential to succeed in the province’s dynamic economy.
