The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (Manitoba PNP or MPNP) has conducted a new draw. This was the second invitation round conducted by the province in September. The first draw of the month was held on September 12, 2024.
If you have been issued a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the latest Manitoba PNP draw, you will have 60 days to submit the PR application along with the supporting documents. If this timeframe passes, your invitation will no longer be valid.
The latest Manitoba PNP draw was held on September 27, 2024. A total of 348 candidates from MPNP’s International Education Stream and Skilled Worker Overseas Stream were invited to apply for permanent residence (PR).

Of the 348 LAAs issued in this draw, 56 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
If you were not invited, your profile will remain active in the MPNP pool for 12 months from the submission date. Do not withdraw your application, you may receive a Letter of Advice to Apply in the next Manitoba PNP draw.
