The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has conducted another draw. This is the second round of invitations conducted by the province in November. The first draw of the month was held on 8 November 2024.
Manitoba regularly conducts its draw through the EOI system and invites people to apply for PR applications. If you have been invited to the latest Manitoba PNP draw, you will have 60 days to complete your application for Canada Permanent Residency (Canada PR) and the documents.
On 22 November 2024, the latest Manitoba PNP Draw was held. A total of 279 candidates from the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, International Education stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas stream were invited to apply for PR.

Profiles declaring a Manitoba Supporter who is a close relative, is a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, is an established resident of Manitoba, and has been residing in Manitoba for at least one year were considered.
International Education Stream
Profiles that declared meeting International Education Stream eligibility requirements.
Skilled Worker Overseas
Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.
Of the 279 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 55 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
