The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has conducted a new draw. This is the second round of invitations conducted by the province in October. Manitoba regularly conducts its draw through the EOI system and invites people to apply for PR application.
If you have been invited to the latest Manitoba PNP draw, then you will have 60 days to complete your application for Canada Permanent Residency (Canada PR) along with the documents.
On 24 October 2024, the latest Manitoba PNP Draw was held. A total of 253 candidates from the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, International Education stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas stream were invited to apply for PR. Out of the 253 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 43 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

Profiles that declared meeting International Education Stream eligibility requirements.

Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.
The initial step to immigrate to Manitoba under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program is to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). The EOI is an online profile and candidates receive an EOI ranking score after asking a few questions.
