Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) issues 150 invitations in the provincial draw held on May 6 inviting immigrants from MPNP's three immigration streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.
For skilled workers to apply for a provincial nomination, they must submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) profile with Manitoba PNP.

Also, 14 express entry candidates were issued Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA). Candidates under the federal government's express entry program who have applied for provincial nomination earn extra 600 CRS points on receiving a nomination from Manitoba PNP. This overall CRS score is high enough to allow you to receive an invitation to apply for an Express Entry draw.
Manitoba PNP has designed multiple immigration streams to attract skilled talent from abroad to settle in the province. Canadian provinces cannot grant permanent resident status, but they can assist an application by issuing provincial nominations. Then, a candidate can submit his/ her application for a PR Visa to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) along with their provincial nomination certificate.
