Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted a new draw under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system. The June 15 EOI draw issued a total of 540 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to eligible candidates present in the pool.

This latest Manitoba PNP draw issued LAAs to candidates from all of the three Manitoba PNP streams i.e., Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.
Occupation-specific selection
Profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba, in occupations identified with high labor needs were considered.
In demand occupations in Manitoba under the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 major and sub-major groups were considered in this draw:
All occupations
All profiles that were not selected in the occupation-specific selection were considered.
Profiles that declared meeting International Education Stream eligibility requirements.
Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
Of the 540 LAAs issued in this latest Manitoba PNP draw, 187 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
