Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted a new Express Entry draw. This was the first draw conducted by the department in July.
The Express Entry latest draw held on July 02, 2024, invited 920 candidates from the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Invited candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 739 to be eligible for an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
Type of draw: Provincial Nominee Program
If you’ve been invited to this Express Entry latest draw, you will have 60 days to submit a complete application for permanent residency (PR) to the IRCC. If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the CRS score cut-off will be based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
If you did not get invited
If you did not get invited in this draw, your profile will remain active in the Express Entry pool for 12 months from the date of submission. Do not withdraw your application, you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the next Express Entry draw.
Express Entry draws have had a very unusual pattern in 2024.
Express Entry draws are generally conducted every two weeks, typically on a Wednesday. The number of ITAs, minimum CRS score, and draw-type are determined by the IRCC. This varies depending on factors including, the Canadian economy, labour market, and the immigration targets set in the Canada Immigration Level Plans 2024-2026.
According to our experts, the next Express Entry draw is projected to be conducted on 20 June 2024.
