On April 25, 2023, the BC PNP conducted a new Skills Immigration draw and issued 168 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates in the BC PNP pool under three categories: Tech, Childcare and Healthcare.
This was the fourth BC PNP draw of the month. The previous invitation rounds were held on April 4, April 11, and April 18.

Tech
- Number of Invitations: 113
- Stream: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Minimum score: 90
CATEGORY 2: Targeted Draw (Childcare and Healthcare)
Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202)
- Number of Invitations: 28
- Stream: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Minimum score: 60
Healthcare
- Number of Invitations: 27
- Stream: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Minimum score: 60
British Columbia PNP issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the next British Columbia PNP draw - are determined by the needs of the BC PNP application inventory.
