First Manitoba PNP Draw of 2025 Invites 197 Candidates

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has conducted a new draw. This is the province's first round of invitations this year. Manitoba regularly conducts its draw through the EOI system and invites people to apply for PR.

If you have been invited to the latest Manitoba PNP draw, you will have 60 days to complete your application for Canada Permanent Residency. Once the timeframe passes, your application will no longer be valid.

On 9 January 2025, the latest Manitoba PNP Draw was held. A total of 197 candidates from the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream and Skilled Worker Overseas stream were invited to this draw.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba

Completed post-secondary study in Manitoba

Profiles declaring that the applicant or their spouse has completed post-secondary education in Manitoba were considered.

• Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 838

Skilled Worker Overseas

Region-specific selection (Winkler)

Profiles declaring their Manitoba destination to be Winkler were considered.

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 52
• Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 615

Of the 197 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 52 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

Manitoba PNP

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) was established for skilled workers, international graduates, and entrepreneurs looking to immigrate to Manitoba. Candidates who secure the minimum score required in the Manitoba Immigration Points Calculator can apply for Canada PR. The program addresses the labour and economic needs of the province. There are several streams under the MPNP:-

• Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream

• International Education Stream
