The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted a new draw. This was the first invitation round conducted by the province in September. The previous Manitoba PNP draw was held on August 30, 2024.
If you have been invited in this latest Manitoba PNP draw, you will have 60 days to submit the PR application along with the supporting documents. If this timeframe passes, your invitation will no longer be valid.
The latest Manitoba PNP draw was held on September 12, 2024. Invitations were issued to a total of 206 candidates from MPNP’s Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream.
Occupation-Specific and Completed Post-Secondary Study in Manitoba
Profiles declaring current employment in the following occupations and that they or their spouse have completed post-secondary education in Manitoba were considered

Of the 206 invitations issued in this latest Manitoba PNP draw, 21 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a way for skilled workers, businesspeople, and their families to immigrate to Manitoba, Canada. This program allows the province to select individuals who have the potential to contribute to the local economy and community.

The EOI ranking system allocates points based on six factors:
Your profile is then entered into a pool of eligible candidates. The MPNP then invites the highest-scoring candidates in the pool to submit a complete application for permanent residence through frequent Manitoba PNP draws.
After being nominated by Manitoba, applicants can then apply for permanent residency in Canada. The program is designed to attract people likely to settle and integrate successfully into the province, helping boost the local economy and enrich the community.
Currently, 80% of applications under the MPNP are being processed within 8 to 10 months.
