On August 31, 2022, Canada welcomed 2,750 individuals to submit applications for permanent residency under the Express Entry stream of immigration. This was the most recent Express Entry draw. Invitations were extended to applicants who received Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores of at least 516. Because no specific program was stated for this draw, candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) were eligible to be invited.
9,750 Express Entry applicants have received ITAs since the first Express Entry program draw began on July 6. Only those eligible for permanent residency under the CEC or the Provincial Nominee Program were invited because these drawings had been postponed for more than 18 months (PNP).
The minimum CRS score for this draw, the 230th of Express Entry, was 516. The CRS decreased by 9 points from the draw's last CRS score, which was recorded on August 17,2022.
