Managed by the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), Skills Immigration draws are a key part of British Columbia's immigration process. These draws invite skilled workers, international graduates, and other qualified individuals to apply for permanent residence in the province. The program aims to fill labour shortages by attracting workers in high-demand occupations like Healthcare, Technology, and Trades.
Candidates who meet the program’s requirements enter a pool, where they are ranked based on factors like work experience, education, and job offers.
Currently, 80% of applications under the BC PNP are being processed within 8-10 months.
