The Point measurement of each candidate is used to determine eligibility for Canada PR status. These points are determined based on the Candidate's personal information, with the following parameters of evaluation: age, language competence, education, work experience, and adaptability. There are points assigned to each applicant, and a score is assigned to each candidate based on these points under the comprehensive ranking system (CRS).
These ratings change for each individual based on their talents and credentials. Following that, the candidate's minimal eligibility is computed based on the points established by the IRCC and declared under the Express Entry Draws. It should be reminded that only those applicants who receive the required number of points in the Express Entry Draws will be entitled to apply for PR status.
Age: If you are between the ages of 18 and 35, you will receive a maximum of 12 points.
Education: A doctorate-level degree is worth a maximum of 25 points. The more schooling you have, the more points you will receive for the education aspect.
Work Experience: You can get up to 15 points for job experience if you have 6 or more years of competent work experience.
Language Proficiency: Increase your score significantly by getting a maximum of 28 points for the language proficiency element by performing well in your language exam.
Adaptability: Earn an extra 10 points if you have a sibling or a close family who lives in Canada. You and your spouse's/common-law partners' previous studies and work experience in Canada are also considered while considering adaptability factors.
