A total of 2,432 candidates from the Canada express entry system have been invited by the province ever since the recourse of invitation rounds in January 2021 after its temporary halt in the mid-2020.
An aggregate of 6,250 nomination certificates was issued in 2021 inclusive of all the Canada immigration pathways. While everyone applying through the Alberta provincial nominee program may not be invited as they won't be eligible to meet the requirements of the province but a majority of them find their new home in Canada if the province identifies their skillsets relevant to their employment market.
