The province of British Columbia has conducted a new Skills Immigration draw.
The BC PNP latest draw conducted on May 22, 2024, saw invitations being issued to 79 foreign skilled workers and graduates. Candidates with work experience in in-demand sectors in British Columbia such as Childcare, Healthcare, and Construction were invited.

Candidates invited in this BC PNP latest draw will now have 30 days to submit a complete permanent residence application to the BC PNP. Candidates who aren’t invited will remain active in the pool of candidates. They can expect to receive an invitation in the next BC PNP draw.
BC conducts draws under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) every week, typically on Tuesdays. Candidates, under the program, are invited under two immigration streams:
Candidates are invited based on the details they provide in the registration to apply for BC PNP. The highest-ranking candidates in the BC PNP points calculator are issued an invitation for PR in Canada. The draw type, stream, minimum required score, and the number of invitations is not disclosed beforehand.
80% of applications under the BC PNP are processed within 8-10 months.
