Canadian Experience Class

Canadian Experience Class is one of the fastest immigration pathways under the Express Entry Program. It is a pathway designed for skilled workers having Canadian work experience and willing to be a Canadian permanent resident. There are a few requirements that a candidate must meet to be eligible for CEC such as:-

  • Candidate must have at least a year of Canadian work experience or an equivalent part-time experience
  • Candidates residing in Canada must have a valid temporary status (even if they are currently unemployed)
  • The work experience must be listed in one of the NOC TEER categories.

Even if you did not get invited, your Express Entry profile will remain active for the next 12 months from the submission date. You should not withdraw your PR application. You might receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the next Express Entry draw.
