Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another Express Entry draw. The latest draw was conducted to invite the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. Canada has been releasing back-to-back Express Entry draws to invite skilled workers.
It is the second CEC-specific Express Entry draw of November. Candidates invited to the latest Express Entry draw will have 60 days to complete their Canada Permanent Residency application. If this timeframe passes, the invitation will no longer be valid.
The latest Express Entry draw was held on 19 November 2024. The draw invited a total of 400 candidates under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) category to apply for PR. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) required to be eligible to receive an ITA is 539.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
Canadian Experience Class is one of the fastest immigration pathways under the Express Entry Program. It is a pathway designed for skilled workers having Canadian work experience and willing to be a Canadian permanent resident. Even if you did not get invited, your Express Entry profile will remain active for the next 12 months from the submission date. You should not withdraw your PR application. You might receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the next Express Entry draw.
