Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held their latest provincial draw on March 25 inviting 355 immigrants to apply for a provincial nomination for Canada PR Visa.
Immigrants were invited through MPNP's three major immigration streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Workers Overseas. Immigrants under the Skilled Worker streams are required to have submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile with Manitoba PNP.
Candidates who have submitted an EOI with MPNP are assigned scores out of a total of 1000 points. These points/ scores are awarded based on the candidate's credentials like age, work experience, etc. with any strong connection to the province.
The highest scoring profiles are then invited in any latest Manitoba PNP draw to submit their application for provincial nomination.
Following are the details of how many invitations were issued in the latest Manitoba PNP draw with minimum EOI scores required:
49 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were also issued to Express Entry candidates who are awarded an extra 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for getting a provincial nomination. These many CRS scores effectively guarantee an Invitation To Apply (ITA) in the next rounds of invitations.
Also, international graduates who have completed their education in the province can get their LAA through International Education Stream, if they have any in-demand skills.
